Florida has talent, capital, and regulatory environment for startups solving last mile of launch. As the space industry's focus moves to point of launch, my prediction is that Elon will move SpaceX's headquarters from Hawthorne, CA to Space Coast, FL by 2035. This will give the company tax and political benefits. Elon's move of Tesla's manufacturing HQ to Texas helped build a collaborative relationship with Greg Abbott, the Texas Governor.
