I bought a challenge from a Broker, how do I log into my Match-Trader account?

After purchasing a challenge, follow the instructions provided by your Broker. In the materials shared by your Broker after the purchase, you will find a link to log into the Match-Trader platform.

It is crucial to log in using only this link because your Broker gives you access to their specific server, where your account and all necessary settings are located.

Please note that you will not be able to log into your live account using the Demo version of the platform showcased on this website or the app in the App Store under the name Match-Trader. These are for demonstration purposes only, and live account trading is impossible. To start trading using the Match-Trader platform, you need to open an account with one of the Brokers that offer our platform.If you encounter any issues with logging in, please reach out to your Broker’s support team.

Is Match-Trader available through the iOS/Android store?

Our application in the App Store, Match-Trader, is available exclusively for demonstration purposes. Traders will not be able to log into their live accounts through this app.

Unlike what you might be used to, each Broker must operate their own separate Match-Trader app. This means that accounts from multiple Brokers are not accessible through a single application. If a Broker decides to have the Match-Trader platform available for download in the iOS/Android store, we can place a separate, branded app with the Broker’s name and logo in these stores upon their request. However, not every Broker offering Match-Trader chooses to place the app in the iOS/Android store.

You can check if your Broker offers the Match-Trader platform for download in the stores on your Broker’s website, or by directly contacting your Broker’s support team.
If your Broker does not currently have its own Match-Trader app in the App Store, the Match-Trader platform can be downloaded as a desktop shortcut. Can you send me my account details/history/transactions?

We do not engage with individual clients directly and cannot verify or resolve issues related to your account without the Broker’s request. Therefore, any requests for account-related matters should be directed to your Broker’s support team.

Why are spreads on the Match-Trader so high?

The spreads on the Match-Trader platform are determined by your Broker, not by us as the technology provider. Depending on the Broker’s preferences, spreads can vary significantly between different trading platforms and different Brokers.

We want to assure you that we take care of things whenever they require acting on the technology end, which doesn’t include managing server settings. For more specific information regarding the spreads, please get in touch with your Broker directly.
