Ingredients for Cauliflower Pasta Bake

  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets (~1 ½ lb or 625g)
  • 2 cups (or 180g) whole wheat pasta
  • 1 ½ cup (or 500g) ricotta, light
  • ¾ cup (75g) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup (or 240ml) skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup (or 25g) Panko bread crumbs

How to Make Healthy Cauliflower Pasta Bake?

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
